Little did we know this was just the challenge we were about to be given.

Coza is one of the leading companies within the Brazilian houseware market, having its products sold in more than three thousand nationwide stores and exporting to over 18 countries, such as Spain, France, and Canada.
During its 40 year journey Coza has been graced with more than 50 national and international design awards, proving the brand's reputation for quality, creative and innovative products.
Originally a family-owned and run company they had just been bought by the Brinox Group a few years earlier, so the major scenario was pretty clear.

THE FIRST THING WE DID WAS REDESIGN COZA'S ID THROUGHOUT, INCLUDING ITS LOGO, THE CREATION OF A NEW TAGLINE THAT WOULD DEFINE THE ENTIRE COMPANY'S CULTURE AND DNA, AS WELL AS THE RESTRUCTURING OF ITS PRODUCT PORTFOLIO, ITS BRANDING AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES.
And the results quickly began to hit our way.
Coza’s fanbase saw an increase of 65%.
Fan interaction across the brand’s proprietary channels increased 115%.
Once commercially irrelevant, Coza’s digital channels now answer to 40% of all sales at the brand’s online store.
In order to get there, however, there was a lot of hard work involved.
